My name is Kaitlin and I am the main artist of LastingEquinox. I mainly handle the lineart and the shading of the artworks. I am currently studying MMA in college and have been doing commissions for others since 2021.
@LOMINOES
Also known as Lumi, he does the sketch and flat color of the artworks. He is a self-taught digital artist with 4 years of experience in this field. He mostly draws cute girls with his skills in illustrations.
@STICK_DRAWING
Also goes by patpat_drawing on Twitter, he helps with sketch and flat color. He does game art inspired illustrations with styles ranging from anime characters to semi-realistic and painterly backgrounds.
About
My name is Kaitlin (She/Her), and I am the owner and main artist of @LastingEquinox where we mainly focused on creating anime styled illustrations. I started drawing from a very young age and started doing commissions at around 12 years old, and eventually made it a freelance business when I turned 15! I am very proud of being able to sell my works and am very thankful about it. It is my dream job to be an illustrator or doing something under freelance.
I am currently in college studying Multimedia Arts and Design and is taking most of my current time, but I like being able to draw whenever I see the chance of doing so. For art, my current interests are under in Graphic Illustration, Animation, Graphic Design, and the Art of VTubers, with the main focus of my interests being in Graphic Illustration and Graphic Design. (Credits to my boyfriend in teaching me Graphic Design!! Thank you!!)

By commissioning me, you automatically accept my Terms of Service.

general Terms of Service
I have the right to decline a commission.
I only accept PayPal. For local Philippine clients, Maya and Gcash payment are available, following current conversion rate.
The client is required to pay 100% upfront first before I start the commission. Returning clients with 2 or more commissions done are able to do a half payment (Half upfront, half halfway.) For bigger commissions, such as commercial commissions, payment plans/installments are available.
I will update the client with any major progress. The commission is refundable if I don't update for more than two weeks and a half. Besides that, the client will not be allowed to cancel the commission.
Clients are not allowed to refund unless the commission was canceled. Refunding after the commission is already done is not allowed.
Communication during and after the commission will be kept and documented.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND USE
The client cannot sign their signature on the commissioned image and, or market it as their own.
The client is not allowed to remove my signature from the image unless the artwork is used for commercial purposes or for specific printing (shirts, stickers, etc.)
I have the right to distribute and use the image. If the image has an original character/s, I will credit the character/s and mention proper ownership.
If the commissioner does not want me to post it publicly, please tell me first so I may know beforehand.
If artwork is claimed by the client as their own and if it was reported, I have the right to post the image regardless of whether it is a secret or not.
Images may be used for commercial profit, ONLY after consulting me at the beginning of the commission. The payment for the image if used for commercial profit is +%100 of the original price.
VIDEO RIGHTS AND USE
The client is allowed to post the finished videos but they cannot claim them as their own.
The watermark of the finished video will not be removed.
I have the right to post the finished video online unless told otherwise.
Videos will not be used for any commercial profit for the client unless talked about.

Extra Notes:
Artworks that are needed within a certain delivery period that I cannot accommodate may be charged with an additional rush fee depending on the amount of clients in the queue and how soon the artwork is needed.
Artworks that have complex character or background may also require additional payment.
I am currently studying in college and the slow updates may be due to that and me focusing on my assessments.

Reference Sheet
Price Starting at 100USD, which already includes 1 Full Body front facing, 1 Headshot / Bust-Up, 1 Chibi Half Body, Optional Color Swatches or Simple Props, and an Optional Custom Background. This is an editable package and may go up to a max of 200USD base price, with prices varying depending on complexity of the character, if I design it, or if it is used for commercial purposes. (VTuber, Character Sheet Reference for Character Selling, etc.)
