Artworks that are needed within a certain delivery period that I cannot accommodate right away may be charged with an additional rush fee depending on the amount of clients in the queue and how soon the artwork is needed.

Artworks that have complex character or background may also require additional payment.

I am currently studying in college and the slow updates may be due to that and me focusing on my assessments.

I have the right to decline any commission.

I will provide major updates. If I fail to update for over 2.5 weeks, a refund is allowed. Otherwise, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

Commissioned work and any retained files will not be used for AI training, or blockchain like, but not limited to, NFTs or cryptocurrency.

Communication between artist and client will be kept documented and treated with the utmost confidentiality. It will not be disclosed to any other party outside the commission itself. These include, but not limited to, personal details of both parties such as name and address, business information, PayPal email, etc.

Only public information, such as client request, will be publicly posted to the artist's Trello.

The client cannot sign their signature on the commissioned image and, or market it as their own sole artwork. It must be stated that it is a commissioned piece.

The client is not allowed to remove my signature from the image unless the artwork is used for strictly commercial purposes or for specific printing (shirts, stickers, etc.)

Me and my team members have the right to distribute and use the image on social media and on our personal portfolios.

If the commissioner does not want us to post it publicly, stream, or share the process to anyone, it needs to be stated at the start of the commission.

If artwork is claimed by the client as their own and if it was reported, I have the right to post the image regardless of whether it is a secret or not.

I reserve the right to refund or cancel the commission at any time.

Payments are accepted via PayPal. For Philippine clients, Maya and GCash are available at the current conversion rate. Local discount unavailable.

Full payment is required upfront. Returning clients may pay 50% upfront and 50% midway. As of this moment payment plans are unavailable.

Do not issue a chargeback after the project has been completed.

Issuing a chargeback or a refund will forfeit any ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s.

In the event that any any additional charges occur (rush fees, significant changes, further edits, etc.), it will be upheld by all parties involved.

Images may be used for commercial profit, ONLY after consulting me at the beginning of the commission, or at the very end. The payment for the image if used for commercial profit is +%100 of the original base price.

I will provide screenshots of the process during major updates and if the client requests.

You are allowed any revisions during sketching phase. Past sketching phase, you have a total of 5 minor revisions and 3 major ones. Major revisions are not allowed to heavily impact the overall composition of the finished piece.

In every process phase of the project, the client must confirm that everything drawn and presented are correct, otherwise, in the later stages of the work, additional charges with occur under artist's discretion.

Updating or changing reference prior to lineart phase will not receive any additional charges.
